Get as much out of this as you put into it

As much as we encourage you to attend live so you can network with like minded people, ask questions, and receive interactive coaching, we understand that scheduling might not permit. So, once you register, you'll have access to the recording of all 5 sessions for two weeks to view in your own time.

Why join

Do you have someone in your life who is struggling to cope... but you just can’t seem to help them?

You check in... they tell you they are fine. You give advice... they don’t listen. You try to cheer them up… it never seems to work. You try to change their perspective... they tell you, “You don’t get it.” You encourage professional help... they don’t go. You avoid the conversation... distance starts to build in the relationship. You tell them to open up, but when they do you freeze up or freak out, not knowing what to say. You’re Googling ways to support someone in emotional pain only to be met with generic content around listening, with no detail on how or what that actually means. You’re told to get them to a Psychologist, but you want to do more than palm them off to a doctor. The content you find in books or online is too vague, too crisis-focused or too complicated. You’re speaking to friends and family asking them for advice but they don’t know where to start either.

What you'll take away

It’s time to become a Real Conversationalist. Learn a new type of conversation that truly helps, not hinders. Everything you need to be truly helpful, every single time someone needs your support.

You’ll take pride in having a positive impact and making a difference in critical conversations. You’ll find relief in not letting them down, and immense self-worth from being seen as a team-mate. You’ll feel in control by understanding their reality and knowing exactly where you stand and how they’re doing. You’ll be empowered to act with confidence and trust that you can protect those who matter most. You’ll discover a shared security in having a bedrock of unconditional care, clarity in knowing where your role starts and ends so you don’t harm yourself in the process. You’ll be resilient to tolerate distress and handle uncomfortable emotions leaving you hopeful and energized from high quality interactions.
