    • Inspire action by encouraging people to speak up and make it commonplace to have emotional wellbeing top of mind and discussed appropriately.

  • • Prep for success – 30-minute alignment meeting to sync on goals, content and approach for the talk. Plus a 15-min technical rehearsal.

    • Drive attendance - 1 minute promo video + communications blurb, bio & headshots to support the promotion of the event.

    • Increase reach – unlimited audience capacity + permission to record session and host keynote internally for up to 1 month.

    • Long-term impact - Follow up summary to distribute post event + impact survey distributed to quantify measurable results of the keynote.

“From the moment we met Mitch, we knew we had met our match. Mitch and his team felt like an extension of our own team, taking the the time to truly understand the culture of Reckitt and our priorities as a leadership cohort. Operating in a commercial high performance organisation, it was critical for us to find a strategic partner that could support in connecting the insights on mental wellbeing of our team through to commercial results. The incredibly humanistic, informative, commercially driven and flexible approach from Mitch meant we were able to bring along a myriad of stakeholders on the journey, and maintain both the commitment and engagement in the agenda from concept through to action planning.

Mitch had a phenomenal ability to co-create a brief, and bring it to life through a series of in depth, provocative interviews. The crafting of the insights from their deep dive analysis and accuracy of the insights that came through were testament to capability, genuine care and investment he had in the partnership. All of our team agreed that the narrative and insights presented back from the team were a very fair reflection of our organisation, and whilst the insights were confronting in pockets; Mitch and his team had already worked to provide some very tangible and usable recommendations based on the insights provided. This approach ensured we could establish immediate impact and sustained momentum from the work for our broader organisation through the ability to both implement some quick wins and reflect further on some more systemic shifts that we could consider.

Mitch worked with us at every step of the way to ensure the insights and recommendations were always pointing towards our north star, resulting in our work together being an invaluable investment for the wellbeing of our team and our Reckitt ANZ organisation as a whole..”
